We use Shiprocket facilities for shipping, preferably we use BlueDart Air services for all shipments for Domestic orders and FedEx for International orders.
Domestic orders are generally delivered within 3-7 days. International orders take 10-15 days depending on the location. In case of National Holidays or severe weather conditions (snow, hurricane, flood) the delivery can take a bit longer.
If you have not received your package in a reasonable time, please check the tracking status to make sure it wasn’t delivered next door nor is it held at your local courier office.
If your order is returned to us due to your unavailability at your address, wrong address or wrong phone number provided by you then shipping charges will be deducted and the remaining amount will be transferred to you.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Bluedart Air with a tracking link for which you will be notified. It takes 3 to 5 days for the domestic package to be delivered from the day of shipment.

Yes, our products are made of 100% Cotton Yarns. Cotton is an eco-friendly yarn and no other fiber can provide you with such softness, comfort and ease to wear products.
We deal with all kinds of Crochet Products. If possible, we can try to provide you with crochet bottoms at additional charges depending on the availability of yarns and colour for your co-ord set.

No, the colour of our products doesn’t bleed but to be on the safer side please wash the product separately and add salt to the water at the time of washing.
Return and Refund
We have no return or refund policy. Once an order is being placed and delivered, we can’t initiate a return. In case of defective or wrong products, we can initiate a return and after a quality check, we send the new product to you.
Due to the Display setting of your phone or mobile, colour can look different but be-assured the quality and pattern of the product are the same.
The Refund will be initiated in 7-8 days after.
Yes, we accept and use all methods of online payments. Preferably we use to initiate a refund on the same platform which you have used earlier to place the order but if you want, we can refund according to your needs.
