Sass Obsessed provide this site as a service to its users. Sass Obsessed requests you to review the following basic rules that govern the use of the site. Using site constitutes the users’ agreement to follow and be bound by these terms. In case of disagreement over the terms, the usage of the site should be avoided.

Users are free to download or copy the Contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the Sass Obsessed site for their personal use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to them as a result of any such downloading or copying. 

User comments, feedback, suggestions ideas and other submissions: 

All comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to Sass Obsessed on or by this site or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with users’ use of this site (collectively, the “Comments”) shall be and remain property of Sass Obsessed. Such disclosure, submission or offer of any Comments shall constitute an assignment to Sass Obsessed of all worldwide rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual properties in the Comments. Thus, Sass Obsessed will own all such rights, titles and interests exclusively and shall not be limited in any way in its use, commercial or otherwise, of any Comments. 
 
Sass Obsessed is and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any Comments in confidence; (2) to pay to user any compensation for any Comments; or (3) to respond to any user Comments. User agrees that no Comments submitted by them to the site will violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights (s). User further agrees that no Comments submitted by them to the site will be or contain libellous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material. User is and shall remain solely responsible for the content of any Comments they make. 

User rights: 

Subject to applicable law, the user may have some or all of the following rights with respect to his/her personal data (i) Writing to Sass Obsessed local customer service team or (ii) Connecting with Sass Obsessed Data Privacy Committee. For this, the user may be required to provide his/her personal details as well as some means of verifying his/her identity. Please note that Sass Obsessed may reject excessive requests or misuse of the relevant right. 

Miscellaneous: 

Unless otherwise mentioned, this site and the Contents are displayed solely to promote products and services available in India. This site is controlled and operated by Sass Obsessed. 

Termination: 

These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either the user or Sass Obsessed. The guest may stop this agreement at any time without notice, and accordingly deny user access to the site, if in Sass Obsessed sole discretion, the user fails to comply with any term or provision of this agreement. Upon any termination of the agreement by either the user or Sass Obsessed, the user must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or obtained from this site, and all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of use or otherwise.
